So you need a Coach?

You are looking at this page for a reason.  Something is calling you to make a change.  Maybe you've tried before but the change hasn't been sustainable.  You're not alone. 

Most people have all the best intentions and sometimes they even have the strategies, but the change doesn't stick.

Coaching is all about working with you to make sustainable, long lasting change so you can get the results you are seeking.

You won't be given the answers.  Good coaching is supporting you to find your own answers.  

You will get someone who believes in your potential, keeps you accountable and helps you facilitate the shift you desire.

 

What can I expect in a Coaching session?

  • Encouragement and support to bring about change in your life.

  • Guidance to create clear intentions and goals.

  • Structure, tools and strategies to to make the change attainable and sustainable.

  • Challenge your limiting beliefs and let go of the excuses that keep you stuck.

  • Develop an understanding of self-care.

  • Connect to your purpose and your higher self.

  • Learn to love and like yourself just as you are and if you choose, help to create an even better version of yourself.

 

 

First we chat.  Everything in life is about relationship, and it's important we get this right and that I'm the best coach for you.  Once you commit to the 5 session structure, we begin with some pre-session work for you to complete.

We will make a time to meet, either face to face or over zoom and commit to showing up, ready to jump in and do the work.  It's as easy as that!

HOW IT WORKS

WHAT'S INCLUDED

4 x 1 Hour sessions either on zoom, or face to face depending on location.

1 x 30 minute follow up session a few months down to the track, to check in. (zoom session)

Learning activities for you to complete as we go.

Unlimited email contact between sessions.
